If you need to apply for a visa to visit Portugal, please see the information below:

You will need to deliver the following documents to the Consulate or the Portuguese Embassy of your country of residence:

• Passport
• Evidence of subsistence means
• Health insurance
• Travel document
• Invitation letter from the ICUH'2017 organisers
• Proof of accommodation in Portugal

Please note other specific documents may be required by the Consulate or Portuguese Embassy and you are advised to check with your national office.
